- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 handful spinach
- unsweetened shredded dried coconut, for garnish (optional)
- Put pineapple, spinach, banana, and coconut milk in blender, respectively.
- Blend.
- Top with unsweetened shredded dried coconut. (optional)
