- 4 small to medium carrots
- 2 small apples
- 1 medium mango
- 1 - 2 square inches of ginger, or to taste
- Juice the carrots.
- Juice the apples.
- Juice the ginger.*
- Cut up mango and put in blender, then transfer carrot-apple-ginger juice to blender.
- Blend.
* Leave on the skin of the ginger while juicing (use organic ginger, preferably). This will cause the flavor of the ginger to come out better.
